A prayerful day in nature, at the Trappist Fathers Pond

We will gather at the picnic table area to the right of the driveway into the monastery at 11AM, for a brief introduction to the monastery and the work and prayer life of the Trappist monks.
For those unfamiliar with the location, we’ll assemble at Papa Joe’s in Nelson at 10:30AM, and you can follow us to Rogersville.

At 11:40AM, we’ll join the monks in their chapel for daytime prayer of the Psalms.

We’ll lunch at the picnic table, hot dogs and drinks provided, or bring your own snacks to fuel a short hike into the Grotto, and on the lakeside trail.
